ALPS manufactures and installs Louvre Turrets for a wide range of applications. They can often be used simply in situations where maximum airflow is required but rain defence is not considered important, such as louvre turrets at ground level. The 1UL Louvre Turret offers excellent aerodynamic performance for both inlet and extract airflow requirements.
Where weatherability is a factor, especially for roof louvre turrets, ALPS would specify either the 2UL or 3UL Louvre Turret. Still providing excellent airflow for both inlet and extract, the increased weatherability, up to Class A, protects the interior of the building, whilst providing maximum airflow for ventilation.
Key Characteristics
- Uniformity of blade profile (across the Colt Universal Louvre System). Whether single, double or triple bank the external aesthetic is identical allowing the integration of different airflow and weathering requirements to be met whilst maintaining a continuous external appearance).
- Excellent airflow performance (both on inlet and extract).
- Even louvre doors can be integrated into the Louvre Turret where access is required for maintenance.
- Flashed corners as standard.
- Mitred corners are available to provide a continuous appearance whether internal or external corners are required.
- Available in 50mm pitch (SH) or 100mm pitch (DH).
