ALPS Products – Acoustic Louvres & Panels

ALPS acoustic louvre range offers optimum acoustic performance whilst still providing airflow.

Acoustic Louvres

The ALPS Acoustic Louvre range offers optimum acoustic performance with overall depths from 190mm to 380mm. The outer casing and louvre blades are manufactured from 1.0mm galvanised mild steel. The inner face of the blades are manufactured from perforated galvanised mild steel. The blades are packed with non-combustible, inorganic mineral wool infill with a density of 47Kg/m³ and packed with a minimum compression of 5% to eliminate voids.  All infill material is inert, vermin, rot and moisture proof.

BAF60 Acoustic Baffle

The BAF60 Acoustic Baffle is suitable for a wide range of acoustic requirements within the building industry.
The baffle panels are constructed using 0.9mm galvanised steel outer sheet formed into a tray design which encompasses the inert, vermin proof, weather rated, non-combustible acoustic infill. The whole unit is then closed with a 0.7mm galvanised steel perforated sheet riveted to the galvanised sheet.

The baffle panels are ideal to be used as an acoustic barrier for walls and ceilings / roofs for plantrooms and areas where there is a requirement for excessive noise to be limited / reduced.

Using perforated sheet on the internal face of the baffle panels allows the noise to be absorbed in the panel effectively reducing the noise as opposed to a solid construction that will reflect the noise back and around the surrounding area.

BAF60 panels can be supplied unpainted / mill finish or polyester powder painted (ALPS stock a wide range of polyester powder RAL and BS colours).
